Solar Energy, Biomass & BESS Advisory for a 1 MW Academic Premise
Rural Academic Campus | 1 MW Load
Our consultancy assessed a hybrid renewable-energy solution for a rural academic campus with approximately 1 MW peak demand, focusing on reducing grid dependence, improving reliability and optimizing energy costs with a partner Renewable IPPs & Developers.
The study evaluated 1 MWp Solar PV, 500 kW biomass generation and 500 kW/2 MWh BESS, integrated through an Energy Management System (EMS). Optimal load modelling was used to prioritize critical, essential and flexible loads and assess islandable microgrid operation.
The advisory included system sizing, CAPEX/OPEX analysis, financial modelling, risk assessment and IPP/RESCO/PPA options, with particular focus on biomass availability, battery performance and future load growth.
Outcome: A technically and commercially viable pathway for a reliable, renewable and investment-ready campus microgrid.

Municipal Water Pumping Station — Concept to Commissioning
Our consultancy partnered and supported a municipal corporation consultancy firm in developing a 20 MLD zonal water pumping station with an electrical capacity of 250 kW. The assignment covered the complete project lifecycle—from feasibility assessment and system sizing to procurement, execution and commissioning.
The project focused on energy-efficient pumping, optimized pump selection, VFD-based control, smart metering and PLC/SCADA monitoring to improve reliability and reduce lifecycle energy consumption.
We also provided vendor and technical evaluation, project cost and schedule monitoring, risk management, quality assurance and milestone-based reporting for municipal and funding stakeholders.
The outcome was a structured, execution-ready approach for delivering a reliable, energy-efficient and digitally monitored municipal water infrastructure project.
